1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bso99.co ("bso99", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bso99 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services available at https://bso99.co.

By registering an account, accessing any game, or using any feature of the bso99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bso99 platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all games and services offered on bso99, including but not limited to live casino, slot games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting. bso99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. 2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by an eligible individual on the bso99 Platform.
• "Player Funds" means the balance of real-money deposits held in a Player's bso99 account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or free play amounts credited to a Player's account as part of any bso99 promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that licenses and regulates bso99.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction outside the Philippines or any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on bso99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a PAGCOR regulatory requirement and is strictly enforced. bso99 reserves the right to require identity and age verification documents from any player at any time.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of account registration and during gameplay sessions, unless otherwise permitted by bso99 in writing.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of bso99 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or licensing partners.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other gambling regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing bso99 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where accessing such services would constitute a violation of applicable law.

bso99 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting identity documents, proof of age, proof of address, or other documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

4. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one bso99 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the termination of all accounts held by that individual and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. bso99 may at any time require you to verify the information provided. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bso99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. bso99 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your bso99 account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify bso99 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

bso99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). bso99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all payment instruments used for deposits must be registered in the name of the account holder.

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day depending on the recipient bank's processing schedule. bso99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal.

bso99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in delays or withholding of withdrawal processing.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

bso99 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. Where promotion-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a bso99 account are subject to a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. bso99 reserves the right to specify game-specific wagering contribution rates.

bso99 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses; using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; or any form of collusion.

All promotions have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from accounts upon expiry of the relevant promotion, without notice.

7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on bso99 are subject to their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

bso99's slot games, live casino games, and fishing games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems subject to independent audit requirements under PAGCOR regulation. bso99 does not manipulate game outcomes and does not have the technical ability to do so on games provided by licensed third-party game suppliers.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, bso99 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the wager to the player's account. bso99 is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings resulting from a technical malfunction.

bso99 reserves the right to void bets and confiscate winnings where there is evidence of exploitation of software errors, system vulnerabilities, or any form of cheating or fraud.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bso99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one bso99 account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using third-party payment instruments not registered in the account holder's name.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity that violates Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games or the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in table games or any other game format.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bso99 staff, other players, or third parties in connection with platform use.

9. Responsible Gaming

bso99 is committed to responsible gaming and complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements. bso99 provides the following responsible gaming tools directly within the player account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable by the player.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits configurable by the player.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify players of time spent playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Immediate self-exclusion available for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing time played and net gaming activity.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bso99 platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, service marks, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the intellectual property of bso99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bso99 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works of any bso99 content; or to use any bso99 trademark or trade name without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, bso99's total liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bso99 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bso99 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if bso99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bso99 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. bso99 is not liable for losses incurred during periods of platform unavailability.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and bso99, you are encouraged to first contact bso99 customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. bso99 will endeavour to respond to all dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as bso99 is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction. Any court proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bso99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to players via the Platform or through registered contact information. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the bso99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
